How is the different than Beartooth or GoTenna? Seem to have less capabilities that Beartooth which has already launched.

It looks like Beartooth has been redesigned from the original concept and is now up for pre-order. Has Beartooth received FCC approval for the new 900MHz design? Or do pre-orders hang on that approval?

How do you handle reservation issues and disputes between the renters and the rentees? I've had cases where we've had troubles getting into a place before and I've know others who have walked in a place and walked right back out because it was disgusting.
