What % of the messages get stuck in the "other" box? Do you have any data on that? Since you've spent time on this I'm curious to know your thoughts on that. Obviously some people check it never, some occasionally, and some responses must come from it.

I use Komodo. I used to use Loom, but I find Komodo is a much better experience for me. I consider this one of the essential tools I use to communicate to support desks (when things don't work as they should,) and also for my outsourcers on Upwork.
