I started my career the remote way, and now I can't even imagine working in a different way.
What are your views on remote work? Is this the future or just a phase?

Necessary - it shouldn't be. For most topics people actually learn more at work, than they learned in school.
If we're talking about people that know what to do, are passionate about a topic, and want to make connections too, sure, go for it.
However I would definitely wait if I don't yet know what to do, because people end up with degrees that they're never going to use, done for the sake of...
What do you think about higher education, is it necessary these days?

whenever you have a good feeling about starting something, pursue it even though you don't know what you're doing yet, don't quit just because you're afraid of what others might say or think 😅
