How is group to group chat different from both of the groups being at one place as one big group like any other group chat??

My schedule keeps going on and off. I end up working really late in the night and it almost becomes morning by the time I sleep. Then when I realize my schedule is too off, I start trying to bring it back to normal. This whole process wastes a lot of time and productivity. So just a few days back I have decided, no matter what I am gonna sleep in time!!

In the early stages, how much time do you devote to growth vs product?

We are just a 2 member team where my cofounder does all the coding and I do the design, product management and testing. I started an Insta and FB page to start getting some followers and marketing the product but I always find myself struggling to juggle between all of these different types of work items and switching contexts. Dark mode but only if implemented well. I have some used some apps which don't put the colors very well for dark mode and I just don't like that at all.

I was working as a Business Analyst and then Product Manager for past 4 years. I enjoyed it and fell in love with how tech products are created, the fun of working with a team and then seeing something getting developed and then getting used by users is just thrilling for me.
