There isn't anything to dive deep into the customer. Ask - If it is saving their time and money which in return leads to more productive work user will pay. KISS keep it simple and stupid

When you love what you do, be it 3:00 4:00 or any time at least you arent doing something that you hate.

I have spoken to users before building my product by asking them what tools they use, what is that they need, how it will help them in their profession or work. You ask people from similar niche that you are building product into and you will get your response upfront from them.

I guess there are number of tools mentioned by some experts here but I would keep a simple eye catch on churn rate of your product

By knowing what customer wants rather than telling what you got. This is a strategy for hacking a brain of a user to make them use the product.

By doing what you love. I can tell you endless things but in the end if you don't love what you are doing you will keep on later mode. Real and straight 😉
