What is that one thing stopping you from what you love doing ?
And the condition is even if you do it for free you know your value will increase after a few months and years 🙏

My take is not to imitate an app or service. Instead what you can do is :
- Can you add more unfair advantages than the service provided by the app which is into the hype ? ( Not just updating a shiny and attractive Ui/Ux )
- Are the users listening to what you are providing over the app which they are using from last 4-5 years ?
- New features first (time and cost saving), existing features later. Can you do that ?

There isn't anything to dive deep into the customer. Ask - If it is saving their time and money which in return leads to more productive work user will pay. KISS keep it simple and stupid

I have spoken to users before building my product by asking them what tools they use, what is that they need, how it will help them in their profession or work. You ask people from similar niche that you are building product into and you will get your response upfront from them.
Why didn’t you already talk to users to find their problems ?

By knowing what customer wants rather than telling what you got. This is a strategy for hacking a brain of a user to make them use the product.
