this is a tough one but putting parameters around work hours is a great way to limit yourself from over-working and underworking - ensuring there is a specific window for work and that the rest of your day is spent doing other things & sleeping!

We use @asana to keep track of our monthly and daily goals and as a team we can look at what other team members are doing while monitoring our own individual tasks

my team and I use this daily to keep track of our goals for the month and provide a general overview of what we are working on! It provides great transparency to the team regarding our individual efforts, which is especially useful during COVID19 when we cannot all be in the office together.

this is a great concept and an important tool for building rapport between employees! I love the idea

It made me strategically manage my time and relationships, both professionally and personally, via all forms of communications! Having to heavily rely on digital communications, I realize the importance of prioritizing my time and relationships when circumstance and "outside activities" become less dominant ways to connect with people.

I upvote a product I believe will be an important solution to my own problems as well as recognizing its potential value for other people.

I'm currently completing my PhD and have been working full-time .. which has been crazy but writing a thesis is like writing a book. I say it depends on your goals! My book is my passion project and the 9 to 5 continues to be in an area of interest but helps financially support myself. So, I say it depends on your life situation, financial stability, and your personal priorities and values......

I did fine arts in university and I found an engaging way is joining groups/ events before starting my own online to build relationships with people that have common interests with me before attempting to establish my own events.

Best solution I found is immediately organizing my emails into folders. Even if I cant get to them right away, at least I know how my unread emails are organized....it is less overwhelming than pages of unread emails listed in one spot in your inbox!
