I'm a bit late but I can only recommend Noota. @rrhoover It's exactly what you're looking for and yes, I work there, but in all objectivity it's super efficient with a live 1st transcript and then a super efficient summary at the end that can be sent directly to your team via different tools. There are lots of other features as well but I'll let you try it out to make up your own mind...
