A user recommended this to me, and I just ditched Loom for this. Finding this really really useful for customer support, pinning comments is so helpful.

I feel the pain when I am designing I can get caught in a world of Procrastination. This did not happen working for agencies as time pressures and account handlers nagged me into action, managed budgets etc. Operating as a start-up I have learnt small goals with achievable output. Output has to be realistic, cost effect and the fastest solution. If you nail defining output you can become super...

Hi everyone,
We’re really excited to introduce you to axiom today!
In a nutshell, Axiom lets you automate by recording user interface actions, like pointing, clicking and typing.
This is known as Robotic Process Automation (or RPA), and axiom is one of the first RPA tools to build bots without code, entirely in the browser.
RPA has been very successful in the enterprise, pioneered by...

I'm terrible, But I do walk everywhere even in the rain. Otherwise I work way to hard, even when sick. Cannot help it, I like what I do and get bored easily.

If the goal of a product is to grow year on year. Then every product will have to appeal to more and more users. Overtime they will become slower, suffer feature bloat. Finally their support forums will become full of unanswered requests. Just look at SAP or Microsoft products - to many features, to expensive and too slow. If you can do it better give it a shot but as @zoowho points out learn...

Hmm, this is also an interesting product chat in itself. What do you do when users tell you they love a feature you have just canned?
I guess it was a choice between lost users turned off by spam or potentially losing users by killing a liked feature. I would choose to kill the spam. I was thinking the other day how LinkedIn's value is eroding because of spam levels. Users have been telling me...

Like many love the simplicity. Will put it forward to our team to see if we can make use of it. As @kushalraha1 mentioned would love to be able to embed it into our tool. The challenge will be keeping the serene simplicity whilst adding features. Great work.

You have to love a bit of office humor - We once gave all the office computer clocks a custom sound and offset them by 10 seconds. On the hour, the first computer made the Tarzan hoola, shortly after the Lion roar, the Elephant trumpet and the chimp noise. The look on Project managers faces priceless.

We have a distributed team across 4 Cities and two Countries. Slack and Jira the main workhorses, Whatsapp for urgent comms (travel delays, power outages etc). Missed messaging and retrieving/storing important data from slack and whatsapp are the main pain points.
What channels do you use for your business communication (team/clients/customers)?
