Agree with @alex_papageorge , having a catch all page/blog/survey will most likely lead to receiving feedback in an unformatted/undirected structure, leading to data that will be hard to make decisions on. @alex_papageorge User retention is king I would say when it comes to launching. User number growth is an ego metric but retention determines whether or not people are sticking to your application. When you start looking into retention you'll uncover churn and other useful metrics as well.

@drmauii I would say WooCommerce that is the plugin for a Wordpress site is as simple as it might get. Sort of hard to handle shipping and inventory any simpler than that. Also its free so it seems like the lightweight solution you would want in the beginning.
