@cody_gaskin1
I am a product manager so this fits in exactly with what I would want to be able to capture user feedback. One thing I would recommend though is some type of demo or screenshots of the actual app. Aside from the concept, I have no idea what this app might look like or do. Theres also a ton of competition so unless I see how your app is any different than the others out there,...

Tech Hearing: Anyone Have Stories Related to the Giants (Apple, Amazon, FB, Google)
Took the time to really listen to the tech hearing today and I thought it brought up a lot of great points on big tech and how it impacts our marketplaces and budding startups.
My Story:
Policies put in place by Amazon this year impacted our revenue significantly for affiliate programs (40-50%). Today they were roasting Amazon on partner practices and how it hurts small businesses. I don't...

Agree with @alex_papageorge , having a catch all page/blog/survey will most likely lead to receiving feedback in an unformatted/undirected structure, leading to data that will be hard to make decisions on.
To begin I would reach out to customers to schedule feedback sessions with a hypothesis in mind or question, and build your interview that way.
Example: "I think our customers find this...

@alex_papageorge User retention is king I would say when it comes to launching. User number growth is an ego metric but retention determines whether or not people are sticking to your application.
When you start looking into retention you'll uncover churn and other useful metrics as well.
How are you measuring your growth? ๐

@amy_tang @deepak_positive Is there any other platform that might be better. The closer I get to my launch the more nervous I am getting with this platform not actually providing what I need.
A true evaluation if people will use or provide feedback on my product.
Can I report posts on PH Discussions?

@drmauii I would say WooCommerce that is the plugin for a Wordpress site is as simple as it might get. Sort of hard to handle shipping and inventory any simpler than that. Also its free so it seems like the lightweight solution you would want in the beginning.

@tanya_kurkova Hey Tanya, would love to know more about the newsletter and what makes it stand out! I would want to know what you cover? Is it their personal journey? Their professional growth? Their tips for aspiring women in tech?
These additional details I think would help with subscribers.

@ohsik Super strong page, looks great and very clean. CTAs are where they should be and you have great examples of functionality and value prop.
I have one suggestion for a new feature on your landing page, add a email subscription to "Get Sample Journal". A lot of the time this is a strong nod over the hump to get users to subscribe, download, etc. I think if potential users received an email...

Been really active on the platform to measure how much engagement can really be made. It seems Makers forum is slightly deflated and I'm wondering how much upvotes and subscriptions are non-friends/family.
Anyone who has successfully launched would love to hear their experience!

@choky I would say the hardest thing is the marketing component. Most builders are focused on creating a great product but even if you want to test the product in the market, you need to put a sales hat on.
I would say from my recent experience that means
1. Reaching out to groups on facebook
2. Dabbling in a small ads campaign on whatever platform works best (Google, Facebook, Twitch,...
What is the biggest challenge you have faced after launching product?
