I love technology.... modern technologies (AI / blockchain) and ancient technologies (yoga/ breathwork). I believe that we need to balance those 2 "technologies" to flourish as humanity. We need to use ancient technologies to build a stronger connection with ourselves, build healthier relationship with ourselves and others to then fully grasp the potential the modern technologies are bringing.
