Hi guys, what are some useful tips to ensure action-items discussed in a meeting get followed-through, and not just forgotten?

I've got a number of influencers lined up that I'd like to give each of them the ability to give away hundreds of premium subscriptions to my app. The apple promo code thing wont cut it. I need the influencer to be able to say something like 'download the app and use code bettyboop200 to get one of 200 free licenses'. Are there any platforms that handle things like this?
