We use Readme (https://readme.com/) and love it! It makes adding API references and letting users try them from the browser really easy. We also love the Recipe feature for step by step instructions. And the metrics are great too!

How do you balance between meetings and deep work?
I've found the blocking certain times in my calendar for focused work is the best way. I silence the notifications on my phone, laptop and use the Focus mode on Windows to focus on whatever it is I'm working on.

How do you generate realistic looking dummy data?
Do you use a tool to generate realistic sounding names, emails etc for test data?
I'm just doing it by hand right now, but I'm curious to know what others use!

What are the best developer tools that have made you more productive?
For me, they are:
- Ngrok : makes local testing so much easier! I especially love the Replay request feature
- Sentry : gives me so much visibility on the performance of my code and any unexpected errors in production

Make the cash award they receive a function of how many they invite.
For eg,
if you invite <3 people you get $50
if you invite 4 - 10 people you get $75
and so on
The more people you invite, the more you can win
