Hey, I'm Aji Ghose, the VP of Data & Research at Chattermill. My focus? Leveraging Data Science, MLOps, and ML engineering to make sense of customer feedback. Previously, as Head of Research & Analytics at Sky, I led a team in optimising products and marketing, developing content recommendations, and reaping the benefits of machine learning research. I've got a PhD in Computational Cognitive Science from Birkbeck, University of London, where I explored multimodal deep learning, and an MSc in Computer Science with AI from the University of York.
