I was a PM at Google and had to 10-15 reviews every cycle. I noticed a lot of my times goes in polishing tone, fixing grammar etc vs actual content. Hence this product.
The target for this product is busy PMs, Engineering Managers, leaders etc who have to write multiple performance reviews and care about doing it right!
