Throughout my own career I've had a bunch of friends over the years ask me how they can move up into manager spots or switch over into finance roles and that kind of thing. I've been an accountant for 15 years now. I went looking around for people sharing about what their jobs are actually like day-to-day and how they got into them, and couldn't really find what I was looking for. So I figured, why not try to put something together myself that might help people out?
