I think that EVERY website owner will find something useful in POWr. Support is great. They pushed a fix to a bug I encounter in about 15 minutes. 100% recommended.

LiveAgent is a really powerful tool with A LOT of features. I can't say much about all of them because I use it mainly for ticketing system, which is great. Very easy to set up and use. All the tickets from my clients in one place, with attached images/documents if necessary. Ability to quickly respond to them. Add to that great support and you have a winner here :)
