About
I am on a journey to build 12 saas products in next 24 weeks and scale them to 1K USD MRR. I have been working as a developer for 2+ years now and have contributed in multiple projects and services. Writing code is my thing marketing not so much so, however I am in the process to excel at that.

Building a full stack hiring solution (Hyrline)!
#Hyrline I am currently working on building a full-stack hiring solution that would automate the process of hiring for recruiters. The pain points of recruiters 1. Posting a Job to multiple platforms ex LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Hirist etc. Why post the same job multiple times when you can do it at once and it goes to every single platform? 2. Download resumes from multiple job portals where it is posted and keep a track of all the resumes that have come in. 3. Ask the team lead or some member of the team (which needs these new employees) to screen the resumes and tell them which candidate should be interviewed 4. Once the candidate has been shortlisted in the screening round send them an assessment. (optional step. not all jobs have an assessment) 5. After the candidate has cleared the screening + assessment round ask the candidate his availability then ask the interviewer his availability and schedule an interview (This will happen every time the candidate is moved to the next round of interviews) 6. Sending mail to rejected/selected candidate --- Solution To The Problem [Hyrline] --- Build a pipeline of the job. So this is how it works. Let's say you are hiring a candidate for Software Engineer 2 for team working on Last Mile Delivery. Let's call the team LMD for short. So to hire the candidate we can create a job Hyrline(name of our product) by filling basic information such as: 1. Job Title 2. No of opening 3. Job Description 4. Salary Range After we have filled the basic information of the job we need to create a pipeline of the job. So for team LMD and position software engineer 2 the pipeline could look like screening > coding assessment > telephone coding round > system design test > managerial round > hired For every round we can add someone from LMD team to take that round of interview. So for example if James, Mike, Andy works in LMD team we can add James, Mike to screening round that means that they will be responsible for screening every single resume that comes in. Andy could be responsible for telephone coding round so he will be interviewing the candidate in that round. We will add this info in the pipeline. Then we can select the job portals where we want to post job and publish the job. This will solve the problem of posting to multiple channels. Hyrline will automatically accumulate the resumes from all the job portals where the job has been posted so this will solve the problem of downloading the resumes from multiple platforms Now as soon as the resume comes the relevant person added in pipeline for screening will get notification and can either shortlist or reject the candidate For each interviewer in subsequent round can create a availability time slot for the day. For example lets say Andy adds that he is available for interviewing between 1PM - 2PM every weekday. So every-time a candidate clears the round he/she will get a mail with all the available time slot from interviewers and can select one as per his convenience. There is much more to the idea but this is the core feature. Automating the entire recruitment process with least human intervention Let me know your opinion, improvement, drawbacks of idea, competitors you know of etc, That would be of much help to me.
How to connect with recruiters (in India) who are hiring a lot of candidates
I am building a saas startup which can help speed up the recruitment process and help recruiters. But i need to validate it before jumping in to build it. Is there a suggestion how can i reach to them. Also reaching to recruiters on Linkedin seems hard. I have DMed many people but they don't seem to reply. If you are a recruiter in India or know someone who can help me out do let me know. It would be really helpful.
