Needs a more expensive pricing model that supports fair wages. Another voodoo company devaluing design. False promise in this business model in the wording of "dedicated" staff. It's just not possible at this cost to truly have people dedicated to your business. In FAQ when asked if clients will have access to those dedicated staff, the answer is that the point of Superside is not to worry...
