All my life, I have been building powerful teams through a focus on building organization culture. I build these teams for my clients, lately for our own product journeys, and most importantly for the team members themselves. Time and again, I am amazed at the appreciation I receive for the amazing culture we have built at AAPNA, as it is a WIN-WIN bringing unmatched results for both clients and the team. My current focus is to become part of the new technology direction taken by Australia and Australian businesses, through a partnership model, to bring digital transformation.
