Hi Shreya, that depends a lot on the size of your company. Generally, startups tend to go for Hubspot, while larger organisations opt for Salesforce. As somebody that has worked with both, I prefer and recommend Hubspot. More intuitive UI & cheaper (Hubspot even has a free plan). Let me know if this helps :) Cheers, Fede
