Just discovered this app - so far I'm in love...

I've created this site in hopes of aggregating all of the many products available in the customer support industry. The site contains a list of over 100 products and services with more added each day. I've also added a community where folks can connect, ask questions and share best practices with others. The site will continue to build out over time. Hopefully a few folks here can find this...
