It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice! We all heard it many times, yet keep forgetting how important it is.
Not really a question, but more of an ask for everyone. Be nice to each other ... <3

I am amazed by the amount of spam replies in threads here! :D
For me it was a personal struggle. I couldn't find any product to tackle those issues. I also want to make sure other people with same issues didn't need to go trough the same struggles as I did.
What inspired you to create your product?

I try to focus on big picture. The end goal. Setbacks are unavoidable part of the journey. Don't focus too much on the event itself, but rather focus on learning the lesson.
It's also important to have a place where you can reset, rethink, recharge. For me, it's gym and my family. Gym has also unfair side-effect, you get really fit and mentally strong.
How do you stay positive and especially motivated even in the face of small or larger setbacks?

Newsletters! My most precious resource these days is time and newsletters help me so much. I just receive the best content to stay up to date. Tech advancements in the world, recent changes in frameworks and tools, reviews of system designs, etc. No extra app needed, I just receive everything to my gmail inbox and don't need to browse different media websites myself to gather all that information.
How do you stay informed about updates and advancements in your tech stack?

That's a great question, Nika. It depends on many factors:
- What is your goal? How big you wanna grow ?
- What is your expertise and what other skills you need to get there ?
- Are you a bootstrapped founder or you are planning to raise money from VC ?
A bit of context. I am in the industry for over 16 years. I had leadership positions in 2 unicorns and 1 decacorn + 1 exit. Most recently...
