It's all BS. Even though I wrote my entire essay from scratch, it shows 52% AI when I don't utilize AI because it's not a service-based content, but rather informative content. Repair your AI Grabage.
Super cool product! Was very accurate in the few times I tried it. Was interesting to see how the detection changed when I asked ChatGPT to rewrite the text so it will sound like a human wrote it ;)
As an educator, I have been following the ChatGPT discourse with interest. I recently googled "ChatGPT Detector" and decided to test the first 4 hits. ZeroGPT was first, and was by far the most inaccurate. I tested it with several papers on different subjects I had myself written many years ago. The False Positive rate was truly shocking, especially for paragraphs that were more "fact-based," as opposed to paragraphs that contained quotes, citations, etc. Several paragraphs that I am certain were 100% original work came back as 90-100% AI. The other 3 sites I tried were a mixed bag, but more accurate than ZeroGPT.
