⌛ Background
I went from playing football and doing splits at Yale University to working for over 8 hours a day with terrible low back pain and carpal tunnel from typing hunched over my computer at Adobe.
@alex_s_4 started coding when he was 11 years old, spending time in engineering roles at places like Adobe, Intuit, and eventually developed a severe case of "Forward Head Posture" (Nerd/Text Neck), a postural deformity that's often caused by unhealthy posture habits (like slouching while coding).
We met each other a few years ago working in San Francisco and eventually came together to build Zen alongside top ergonomists and physical therapists.
