So we all do it. Sign up for a service or subscription, then when you no longer need it, forget to cancel it. We'll not only was Zalvis the best server hosting service I've used, and will continue to use, but when asking to cancel my current subscription and requesting a refund for the month I just paid accidentally, I had the most polite and helpful representative I've worked with. Everything was fast with no issues at all.
