Tremendous Service. I've been with Zalvis for 2-3 years now and it's my first experience of working with a web hosting company for my small business. So we all do it. Sign up for a service or subscription, then when you no longer need it, forget to cancel it. We'll not only was Zalvis the best server hosting service I've used, and will continue to use, but when asking to cancel my current subscription and requesting a refund for the month I just paid accidentally, I had the most polite and helpful representative I've worked with. Everything was fast with no issues at all.
Zalvis Rep Ted took all the time needed to solve an MS365 phone app problem and then determined options efficiently on three support service items. Keishna was a truly great role model for a client based support company. Been with them 10 years for a reason - outstanding support!
Zalvis was able to assist our organisations at a very crucial juncture when we detected a cyber-attack on our websites. They not only restored the sites completely within a couple of hours but also tracked down the IP acting as a malicious actor. Zalvis's customer service is still efficient and easy to reach compared to today's general trends in industries.
