What do you think? …

Hi folks, I have worked in IT (what started as data analytics and now moved towards data engineering and dataops) for the past decade and, while I really like it and appreciate all its pros, I have always been kind of envious of other people that make something material (you know, automotive engineers, blacksmiths, construction workers, etc.) Then, a few months ago, I stumbled upon GitHub Skyline (if you haven’t seen it - GitHub generates a 3D model of your commits that you can print) and thought it’s a freaking cool idea that one could absolutely apply to any other virtual achievements (tickets resolved, number of kudos received, users of your apps, game achievements on Steam, etc.), if only one had proper data integration and modelling skills and that’s what I’m pretty good at. After getting a 3D printer and having spent weeks playing with the best setup, resin, and painting methods, together with my wife we got a final product we were quite happy with and just launched https://youdidit.store to see if anyone shares our sentiment. I’d really appreciate your feedback on the idea and future directions to go with. I created a short Google Form, that it’d be great anyone interested could fill in. It’s available here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/... If you have any questions or suggestions I’d be more than happy to address them here as well. :) Thank you!

@trey_cannon We were not sure about the delivery times, duties or other legal restrictions (everything is manufactured in Europe and will be sent from around here), so didn't want to risk offering it, but that's definitely on our roadmap!
