I forgot to cancel the subscription and had to pay 80 euros for me using the product one evening for 2 hours. I contacted them and they said they will make an exception and will give be back half of my payment, but gave me back 30 euros. I mention that I have tried cancelling the membership, and thought I did, but somehow it still remained opened. I did not like the software and did not use it, but I find it strange how they kept the subscription open. I hope they use the 50 euros wisely. I believe it is a scam.
