I really don't know why more don't use drops - means I can treat allergies without sacrifices to my travel schedule. Also even as an adult I'm a little scared of shots.
It took 2 weeks to book the initial doctors appointment, and then it took an additional week to send out the test. Afterwards, before any services were rendered and before the allergy test was even sent out they pre-charged for 6 months of service. How is it possible to charge for 6 months of service before you even test for allergies, the service should only be billed once the services are rendered. Edit: Bumping this up to 3 stars. They saw this original review and refunded the 600 dollars. I'm leaving it at 3 stars for now since the service hasn't started, depending on how things go going forward I will update again.
The drops from Wyndly completely changed my relationship with dogs. Used to get instant hives and breathing problems, but now I can actually pet them! Took about 7 months to see full results, but it was worth the wait. Treatment was super easy - just drops under the tongue at home. Only giving 4 stars because the initial test kit took a while to arrive.
Wish I'd found this before wasting 2 years on allergy shots. Can finally have a dog at home.
They require a blood draw which is not very clear on their website. They make you pay for this blood draw. When I reached out to them about this, the phone number didn't work and was told to "Text" them. Which contradicts what it says on their website. Then when I texted them they told me they would call me back I never heard back from them. Absolutely terrible service, I would not recommend this service to anyone
Membership option is different from most doctors I've worked with. It makes sense though - I'm signing up for the whole program, not piecemeal services. Living with two cats now after being allergic my whole life. This actually works!
