This app helped me to cope with even my friend jack russell (who is literally the devil in the flesh) when they left it to me during their vacation
This company is a bunch of scammers. Disgusting business etiquette. Thieves. I want my money back or I will continue to make the public aware of how dishonest you are and how you steal from people.
I wanted to try it out for my new pup and I had to pay 6.99 for a 7day trial. I was looking around the app on how to cancel before the 7days. I couldnāt find how to cancelā¦.then they deducted 39.99 from my account. I emailed them a few times no responseā¦I commented on the instagram page and the reported my comments and Iām unable to post on instagram because they reported me. I only asked them to cancel my plan and refund my 39.99. Will someone please tell me how to cancel. Per their IG accountā¦multiple people are having this same issue
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are fraudulent! They bill after cancelation and then do not refund money. They blocked my email address after I requested a refund. I filed a complaint with the FTC concerning this fraudulent company. BE WARNED
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - BEWARE Iām not the first one leaving reviews saying that they take your money and donāt issue refunds even when you explain and have proof of not using the app! The terms and conditions are tiny, no one reads them! I purchased a promotion for 3 months, I used it for a few days and never again because I didnāt like it. And since the app doesnāt say that the subscription is automatically renewed I didnāt even know that I was going to get charged again. They donāt even have an option to cancel de subscription from the app! I emailed support explaining this, also that I havenāt been using the app nor do I want to use it again and requested a full refund, which they denied. After insisting they offered a 25% refund. If they would be honest theyād give a full refund!!! Especially when seeing that I havenāt been using the app.
So my friend signed up for one month which was somewhat useful. But then the company began recharging his card. The bank saw this as suspicious and denied the charge. So the company began charging crazy different amounts.... 29.99, 20.99, 7.50 and even 60 cents! The bank said that is NOT indicative of a legitimate company. BEWARE!!!! THEY DON'T HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER!!!! It takes FORTY EIGHT HOURS for a response. So if you have endless funds... have at it. I think it's shady. Anytime a company has access to your CREDIT CARD, there should be a toll free number to assist customers. Buyer beware.
