Excellent work.
Feedback wise: you don't show the user experience of using a QR code to add a network.
I have literally no idea what will happen when my friend scans the code... And no easy way to check without a second device.
Might be worth an explanation / video / screenshots.
If I wanted my mum to understand it I'd be more explicit about how/why to use it... Such as download the image, print it off and visitors to your house can scan it on their phone to add network.
If I was really picky I'd say that "Download" might be better as "Download QR Code Image" and the filename should use the "description" field.
Basically, I think it's a great utility, but it assumes the user understands what it is just from the name of the product.
100% of people on PH will know what it does intuitively, but there are a lot of potential users who wouldn't.
But honestly, great work and respect for making it open source.
@matt_harbord Thank you so much! That's really excellent feedback honestly.
I believe up until now I was not really thinking about the fact that I am deeply inside of a tech bubble and working with the assumption that non tech-savvy people will know what to do. But you're definitely right — it needs additional explanation around the whole user journey. I'll make sure to improve upon that!
