I very much dislike WhatsApp. Especially compared to Telegram. It's has not been innovative in any way since 2014. All of their new features are basically copy-cat from other services, and even when implemented, they don't work very good. The desktop client is an extremely slow Electron app. And the worst thing is that I have to backup WhatsApp manually to my own cloud service which is pretty stupid.
I operate hundreds of WhatsApp groups to facilitate virtual business networking and my clients love it. As do I.
