I started to add a few... But its value is not really clear... It will remind me of my resolutions but how? Does it provide tips or motivation or just email me my resolutions over and over?

Hey Melissa, we are sorry if we were not clear about it. Our main motivation was to help people complete their resolutions, thats why we decided to remind users time to time to finish their resolutions with motivational text.
We also plan to add new functionality to let users login and mark their resolutions completed and choose how often they want to be reminded to complete their resolutions
