gm PH Fam 👋🏼 While everything is tanking, Web3 companies are still hiring! A lot of websites offer job postings on Web3. Where people have to apply. But nobody does the reverse. So we’ve built the first Web3 Talent Board. Where you sign-up, complete your profile and companies reach out to you. We started this product as a small project with Stanford. We helped some CS and MBA students get internships. Now we’re making it available to everybody! How does it work? 1 - If you’re actively looking for a job in Web3 or just open to networking with companies, sign up using your Ethereum wallet or email here: https://www.web3army.co/signup 2 - All our clients (Web3 companies, startups, and DAOs) have full access to the candidate list. They can just press a button and send an email. 3 - That’s it. Pretty simple. How much does it cost? It’s 100% free for talents. Companies pay a subscription (starting from $83/m) to post unlimited jobs and request unlimited intros. Why work in Web3? You will work with smart, risk-taking people. You’ll help shape the future of the internet and potentially change the world. High salaries. Remote work is very common. Not much experience in Web3 is required (everything is happening as we speak, almost nobody has it!). Who will see my profile? Just paying companies. Your identity will be hidden from everybody else. Is now a good moment? When the going gets tough, real builders keep building and thrive. The average quality of the people in the ecosystem has improved dramatically recently and frankly, it’s way better and easier to build now — way less noise, BS, FOMO, and distractions compared to just a few months ago. Do I need to have some experience in Web3 to work in the space? No. But it helps (and you don’t need to find a Web3 job first). Create your wallet, play around with the technology, buy/sell an NFT, write a smart contract, be active on Twitter/Discord, write a blog or a newsletter. These things help a lot. Showing that you did something and got your hands dirty on your own is extremely valuable because most don’t do it.
