Watch my logs! is a desktop app that keeps an eye on selected log files so you will never miss any important records added to PHP, Nginx, and MySQL slow logs. You can also use an app as a simple debug tool that will show anything you add to the log file.

What do you think? …

Hi everyone! My name is Vova, and I made Watch my logs! The idea of this app came to me when I accidentally found a few not-so-old PHP notices in the log files in one of my work projects. I had to open each file mentioned in the log records to make sure that these issues are fixed. This process took some time, and I thought it would be great to have a background running app that monitors various logs and instantly notify me about new important records. And not only notify, but show the log records in a readable format and with the ability to open any file mentioned in the log entry with a single click! Later I found another use case for this app. I can write some stuff into the log file, and app will instantly show me the output! It's like a dump() but into the log file. This scenario is super helpful to create and debug background tasks like a webhook from a third-party service. In the future, I'd like to add remote server support. I think it will greatly increase debugging potential of this app. Thanks for reading!

Congrats on the launch! you have an issue with the certificate of the website and it looks like the browser is blocking this.

@meir_shamay1 oh no 😕. I'm using Let's Encrypt certificate. Don't have any idea why it's happening to you 🤷 Thanks for letting me know!

@vova_yatsyuk I think there is an issue with the certificate validation, maybe you need to issue it again.

Do you use Watch my logs!?
