The idea for this came while my co-founder and I were running an e-commerce brand. We found ourselves spending too much time on order confirmations and basic support. So we built a quick AI agent to automate calls. It worked surprisingly well - but we knew it needed more to be production-ready.
Over the next few weeks, we added:
