🎥 Vmaker : A Pocket Friendly Screen+ Webcam Recorder Vmaker is a screen + Webcam video recording tool which is helpful in creating Product Demo, E-learning and YouTube videos, Software Tutorials as well as Training videos. I will say Vmaker is one of the best Loom alternative which comes with real-time team collaboration, folders for effective video management, screen annotation, unlimited video recordings with unlimited duration, 4K Video Quality support, virtual background and webcam bubble, custom branding & customizable video player with many other cool features & with this latest update it now also has Windows App along with chrome extension. I found Vmaker very easy to use and also has generous free plan with 7 minutes video recording limit. Team collaboration boost teams productivity and you also have complete control over your video to further customize match with your own brand. With unlimited video storage its absolutely a no-brainer and has been widely used by thousands of brands out there so there's no need to worry about sustainability. I wish Vmaker Team all the best for their Product Hunt Launch and hope that my mini review would be helpful for others to learn more about Vmaker and my personal experience using the tool. Feedback / Feature Requests: The only con for me is unavailability of Android App to record videos on Mobile Devices. I would also like to suggest include the CName Feature in Team Plan as well.
I bought this product on 22 October to use the Virtual Camera background feature. Their virtual background feature is a completely unusable feature. It fails to work. I asked for a cancellation and refund, Mr.Ramesh denied to provide me. Under this EU regulations, consumers living in European Union have the right of 14 day Refund period. It says - If you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Mr.Ramesh said he would still not give any refunds. I do not recommend this App to anybody. It promises a lot of things and delivers very little.
Vmaker is my go-to software for screen recording. During the hard times of the pandemic, Vmaker helped me to communicate better with my team. I can just share the link of my screen recording in just a snap of a second. That's just one use case. I created YouTube videos with this tool and some of them are still getting more views to the channel. The webcam recording is top-notch with customizable backgrounds. And I must say about the audio noise cancellation. Believe it or not. I prefer to record on Vmaker for this particular feature. It saves my time to manually reduce noise in post-production. To be honest, I'll keep this software for life.
