At one point it offered an ok, yet interesting product. As of now, conditions keep changing constantly, and I've been trying to close my account for over a week with no luck nor way of communicating since customer service is literally inexistent... Forms, chat, email, social networks, you name it, nothing. Would not recommend this to anyone and I'm so sorry for the friends I got to sign up for this already! Stay away from this app!

I've been using it for over two years now. I am only disappointed that the cashback for Prime accounts is less and less valuable each month. I can't even have 10 euros back to cover the Prime cost when I spend ~2500 monthly from this card.
Everything is ok until you decide to close your account. I remember very well closing all my pockets and after a year later i am sent a message saying I owe due to negative balance whilst on the time of closer I even had some cents on it. Customer service is a sh*t. Then they send you and email saying you have negative balance while’s there is no explanation customer service takes one to respond making me pay the amount with extra fees for something they can proof. I requested for my account to be wiped out of their system it’s been almost a month no response. They are very useless. Extremely Highly Not Recommended. The Are Trash 🚮
