Vital has been an amazing ‘one stop’ app where all my data is collected. While collecting this data is great, the ability for an app to keep you motivated, driven, not feel down (when you fail) is awesome! The community is supportive yet motivated to see you succeed. For the first time in my life, I have found a way to be active every single day this year and with the constant encouragement to improve my sleep hygiene. Upgrades/updates are done based on the input of the community and that’s also unheard of.
After using Vital for a couple months, I can say it's the #1 social network for fitness app on my phone. The tight-knit community is very friendly and encouraging, and the streaks feature really motivates you to stay active every day.
Vital is the best health community on the internet. The app has been designed to give you an easy way to track your activity progress over time + share/celebrate whatever you deem worth celebrating. With integrations with every wearable I could imagine, it makes sharing painless. When you open the app you can learn an interesting insight, get motivated by another user around the world, and not feel like shit from being on a social media app. The Vital team is relentless and always improving the app. Excited for the present and future of this product.
Amazing to have a community this engaged and helpful! I hesitated between apple watch and whoop and received great advice by strangers on the app. Would recommend!
I've been using the Vital beta for a while now, and it's the best health community I've found, built on top of key features and a great app. Nutrition, sports... you find people who share your same interests and type of conversation. I love it.

Have been using this for a year and the community and accountability mechanisms that Mehdi and the whole Vital team have built around accountability and sharing fitness activities are awesome. Strava doesn't really make sense anymore.
Such a cool looking app! I've used it in the past after finishing a tennis session. Funny how a simple act of sharing your accomplishments can help you stick to your habits even more. Also I love the design! Congrats to the Vital team!
