I LOVE Vital. I've tried guided meditation apps before, but I could never stick with them. My life can be pretty stressful, and I'd end up spending time searching for guided meditations specific to the source of my disregulation, but never find what I was looking for. Now, with Vital's AI, it is like the perfect combination of meditation and talk therapy, giving me exactly what I need when I need it.
A beautiful use of AI. This app has transformed my life and am beyond grateful for its creators.
I Love VITAL! It's an incredible use of technology for meditation, visualizations and the best part is the ability to customize the meditation for your exact situation. You can create a visualization and a prompt for whatever is on your mind and a well constructed and helpful guided meditation follows. I love it and have done custom meditations for my parents and they were very impacted by it.
It's the only meditation app that I've actually been able to use and stick with. The way Vital is able to personalize every meditation makes it feels as if I have my own coach sitting right next to me.
Wow. Phenomenal way to leverage the infinite personalization capabilities of AI to really enable users and put meditation and "self-recentering" into their own hands — literally. And so easy to use as my always-on, always-ready mindset coach. Kudos, VITAL. You got yourself another follower!
Love the ability that it gives me to identify the immediate problem that I am facing, and then how it creates various meditations, affirmations (only 2 of several tools available) to help me solve or think through the problem. Opens me up to better thinking, and a more positive mindset throughout the day. It is awesome!
