Have been using Videoask for a while and it works really well for qualitative feedback or when you need to give more context to the people replying. Looking forward to the next steps!
Pros:It's a simple and beautiful way to collect feedback in an emphatic way. The web version just made everything much easier.
Cons:So far all issues reported have been fixed.
