Amazed at how well it recognized even obscure tech items in my closet and generated accurate pricing and descriptions for them. Vendor does all the heavy lifting for generating postings that I might actually cull my collection (hoard) of stuff. Having played around with other AI tools in the past, this has far exceeded my expectations. I uploaded a blurry low light photo of a mixing board that I had taken years ago while working a live event, and it immediately recognized which board it was down to the model number and wrote a great description for it.
Congrats on the launch! Getting to try out an early version was a treat - being able to bypass the slog of posting and selling items was great, maybe now I can finally sell off my older Apple gear!
I think Vendor is an entirely new class of application: real-world applied artificial intelligence. This enables an entirely new class of efficiency matching supply to demand in ways as of yet seen. This incredible reduction in friction in selling is a revolution that will allow us to stop procrastinating and get the things we're not using from in a pile or drawer in our house to someone who can really love it in no time flat. This isn't just good for people who make impulse purchases they decide they want to get rid of, nor is it just good for merchants who want to move their wares even faster, but it's also good for the world by helping reduce eWaste. And once I can have Vendor running in a pair of augmented reality glasses? Game over. Vendor has already changed the world. We just don't know it yet.
