I have been using Userback for many years. It's one of its kind and can be used in different ways. Think of it as a user friendly feedback tool with screenshots enabled, a form to get users input, or as a project management tool to handle clients' requests. It is all that and more!

Looks impressive

This product just gets better and better. I think we have used them all over the years and our favourite has just got a redesign. The best bit is we have yet to come across a client that has found a difficulty working with it.
