Interesting experience overall. I had good time chatting with the interviewers team, both of them are polite and professional. Which is better compare to old day multiple choice survey in my opinion. I did get my incentive on the next day with no hassle. Highly recommended 👍
I am having a good experience with UXArmy. I use their tool for UX Research (Unmoderated and Moredated research). The process of the test setup on UXArmy's platform is very smooth. I have also used their tool DeepDive for the Moderated research. The analysis of the video is very easy and the audio is also clear.
The app needs to improve in terms of colours chosen for instruction text and also how the webpages UI is. But overall pretty nice app!
I tried once with the phone mic, then twice with my Airpods. This took 15 minutes each, but I kept getting a response saying the speech was too quiet and there was too much backgroud noise. I reviewed it on each occasion and the audio was fine.
Its a great app if you are into providing constructive feedback to people. And you get to work on big companie's prototype products which havent even launched yet so they might change somethig based on your opinion..
