@UplandMe I have made numerous requests to have money wired to either be returned or credited to the respective account. Neither have happened. I have requested you have your legal counsel contact me with an explanation, which has not happened. You have left me no alternative but to file a civil action to seek redress. Be advised I will be seeking attorneys fees & punitive damages, which will be the tail that wags the dog. Further, If you do not provide me with the proper person for service of process and/or waive such service we intend to seek recovery of all private investigative services to find the same. #UplandMe
