I think this is one of the best concepts that I have seen in ages...
the last app that I saw that made me as excited/happy was Be My Eyes out of Sweden...
FINALLY, a product whose MAIN/FIRST goal isn't to make money but to HELP people...
I don't know if it comes from personal experience or just an altruistic desire to help others, but Kudos, Kudos, Kudos...
One quick comment: once you are in the app, it's not really clear how to proceed, the website gives a certain feeling/concept/experience which doesn't feel like it matches what you get when you arrive in the app..
No huge deal but figured I'd mention it... so you could tweak that perhaps to have better alignment/easier on-boarding - which means higher usage...
