
This is such a good idea! I heard elsewhere about the idea of breaking the immediate dopamine hit you get when you check Instagram/Twitter/TikTok. I love the idea of configurable real world checks to get in the way of that unhealthy loop.
It works to reduce screen time, removing distractions during working hours and improving quality time with family before and after work
