UX is hard! It’s easy to get feedback on visual design. But with UX, you need more than just good-looking UI. You need a proper understanding of your customers and business and how to implement and utilize UX. I wholeheartedly recommend Alex's material to anyone who thinks that setting up a marketing analytics tool for their product brings in enough metrics to understand your users' behavior and needs and take decisions based on them I am learning a lot from it as I'm going through it and was pleasantly surprised by the depth of the knowledge it contains.
