For anyone interested in management this book will be quite an interesting read. I first got encountered by the work of one of the authors - Lars Kolind(@kolind) in high school while studying Industrial Economy. His approach to management at Oticon proved to be one of the turning stones for the company and management/leadership studies in general. Giving birth to terms like "spaghetti management". His collaboration with Jacob Bøtter(@boetter) is a unique chance for the curious mind to look deeper into the purpose of management and how it is evolving.
