Big thank you to Eli, very good customer service, resolved an issue quickly - UI8 is one of the most expansive "high value" libraries of design resources I've come across, it's the professionalism of them that made me sign up to their plan, great value for money.
They auto-renewed my subscription without my knowledge and refuse to give me a refund. I will never by subscription again. Their support is not responding...
Their customer service is the worst platform I have used. They will auto saved your credit card and renew your plan without permission and notification. They won't send you any email or alert that your subscription will be renewed. If you ask for refund, you just give up. They have really good design quality but the worst customer service. The support, Eli, is really rude. If you wanna try, please go head.

Very bad customer service please send my payment again on paypal first because paypal didn't kyc not complete go through so it was refunded back to you now it is complete send my payment again
They support their designers and have a little financial returns, the pass feature is not fair.
My experience collaborating with UI8.net has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. - Slow and irresponsible support: Whenever I needed assistance, the response was painfully slow. Replies were mostly generic templates, clearly copy-pasted, offering no real help or resolution. It felt like partners are just an afterthought to them. - Opaque product review process: Submitted products are often rejected or asked to be revised without providing any clear or actionable feedback. The entire review process is vague, inconsistent, and wastes creators’ time without giving them a fair chance to improve. - Revenue-draining policies: UI8.net heavily promotes "lifetime access" sales at low prices, massively cutting into creators' long-term earnings. Instead of supporting creators in building sustainable, premium products, they focus solely on quick profits for the platform. - Pushing creators towards free products: Instead of encouraging the development of valuable, paid resources, UI8 constantly nudges and pressures creators to offer products for free or at significantly reduced prices. This devalues the creators’ hard work and undermines the creative economy as a whole. In conclusion, if you are a serious creator who values your work and your income, I strongly advise you to stay away from UI8.net. They show a blatant lack of respect for their partners, operate without transparency, and enforce policies that are ultimately detrimental to creators.
